11-11-11...Here I am!

It's 11-11-11. I came across a silly article who basically said "Do something special on 11-11-11, try something new". I have never had a blog. I know it sounds stupid but I am not a blogger kind of girl, I never wrote diaries. To tell the truth I did but I hated the idea that someone could find them and read my thoughts so I gave up.
But I write a lot. Writing is my job, or at least what I do everyday even if I'm not well paid or I do it for free. So I thought: "let's do it, let's open a blog on 11-11-11. It could be the best thing ever or the worst". I honestly think the second option has more chances to be the right one.
Anyway here I am. Hello everyone. Let's start with simple things:
1- I'm not English. I choose to write in English because I basically read, watch movie and serials, talk to my friends in a language that's not mine and on top of that it's a good way to exercise my language skills. You are allowed to tell me my mistakes, just don't be rude. I don't deserve it.
2- Why Falling Frogs? Easy to explain! Have you seen Magnolia? The amazing movie with Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Tom Cruise, John C Reilly...? Well if you don't go take the dvd and enjoy it! It's one of the most amazing movies ever done. If you have already watched it you know that in the turning point of the story something strange happens: falling frogs from the sky. Oh yes! Their lives are a mess but then here they are: frogs. I am waiting for falling frogs. Not real falling frogs, it would be too sad for those little creatures and I love frogs...just a metaphoric rain of frogs. I always struggle in my life to get what I want and I deserve and everytime it seems my destiny is to smash myself on a wall. I hope that somehow, somewhere, sometimes, something happens and my life starts turning on the right side. Falling frogs, please!
3- What's my job? I'm a freelance journalist. That means I work a lot, most of the times for free. Yes, that's why there's a free on the word ;)
4- What will you find in this little crazy place called blog? I don't know. I have never done it before, do you remember? So I can only suppose I'm going to write about what I like (lots of things!! yay!), what I do (boring for other people, maybe I'll avoid it), what's happening in the world (maybe frogs falling from the sky!).
5- Warning: I'm OCR-W (Obsessive Compulsive Reader and Watcher). I read everything. My Kindle is the first thing I pick up in the morning and the last I put down in the night. I watch serials and movies, not only because it's my job, but mainly because I LOVE it! So you have been warned: here you'll find a lot of comments about books, movies and serials.
6- You could think I'm a little bit crazy or insane, or mental. Don't worry! You're not the only one. I always say: "I'm not mad, my reality is just different from yours". One of the best lines ever!
